We are experienced some higher than normal traffic to our infrastructure, causing slight disruptions to services hosted on server s3434.fra1.stableserver.net. Due to this, customers might have experienced intermittent issues with website and email services.

Our infrastructure team have fixed the core issue and have monitored the situation closely to ensure things have recovered correctly. As part of this fix, a new IP was assigned.

What do you need to do?

  • For clients using our name servers: No action is required
  • For clients using external name servers: They need to manually update their records. They can find their new IP in cPanel => Shared IP Address.
